I have a quesion about this topic. When it comes to sexual relation with your husband or his wifes, what is allowed and what is not. Is oral sex allowed between any of them and how does the arangement work. What if the first wife agrees to be sexually involved with both him and his wife and live together in a complete state of marriage where everyone loves and is devoute to each other and live together all in the same house. If that is not allowed, then is oral sex between husband and wife permitted?

In The Name of Allah, The Most merciful, The Bestower of Mercy.

In Islam:

1. Sexual relations outside of marriage is prohibited.

2. Marriage and sexual relations is only permitted with those of the opposite sex (i.e. same gender relations are prohibited).

Therefore, the wives are not allowed to take part in sexual activities where both are present at the same time. Marriage of two women is prohibited and so is any sexual communication of the same sex.

Sex between the husband and each of his wives are at different occasions, without any involvement of a third person (whether male or female).

The example of the Prophet (sallallahu alaihi wa salaam) was that he would visit each of his wives separately in their own homes (which were also separate).

Conclusion: it is not allowed for a third person to be involved, whether or not consent has been made.

Regarding sex itself, then we can have sexual relations as we wish as long as it does not involve anal sex. Also, any act of inflicting harm and mutilation, humiliation (etc.) is not allowed, since this is not permitted even in non-sexual circumstances (i.e. argumentation etc.).

There are Ayats and Hadiths which will answer your questions, you just need to spend some time looking for them, or ask someone you know who has some knowledge of the deen.

Allah knows best.
